Erik ten Hag was frustrated with his team’s silly mistakes despite a UEFA Europa League victory against Omonia.
Manchester United came out ahead 3-2 after coming back from a goal down.
Super substitutes Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial scored in quick succession to give United the lead.
Ten Hag praised the impact of the substitutes.
“We started well, then an unnecessary mistake and a really bad 10 minutes. We have to learn from it. You let the crowd come to life, you have to avoid that.”

“More races, we are too static, we have to make the opposition move to get behind, that’s why we made two changes. Submarines really made an impact today.”

The United manager gave a special mention to Martial, who was fantastic tonight.
“We have already seen in the pre-season that it was really disappointing when he got injured; he had an impact on the performance of our team.”
Martial was injured for the first two months of the season, and needless to say, he was greatly missed by the team.
The French’s link game helps the team formulate attacks.
